Using flash, reflections or unknown mark issue help
Post Body

Hey r/photography, Hopefully I'm in the right section but I take a lot of skate photos for my friends, last night I took a few when it got darker using my camera's flash, facing one direction I got a lot of unknown marks that I'm not sure what would be causing it. Originally thinking it would be the lens I gave it a good wipe but they continued appearing though facing the alternative direction they didn't show up.

Here's an unedited image other than arrows pointing to marks. here

And heres a screenshot of image properties which show camera settings when taken.

What are they from, can anybody give me some advice to prevent this?
