Samsung Galaxy A10e black screen and vibrating when plugged into a computer

So I've recently found an old Galaxy A10e in my box of junk, and I've discovered some issues with it. First of all, it's Google locked, but that's a discussion for later. Second, every time I plug it in to the computer with any USB-C cable, it goes to a black screen and will not stop vibrating until I hard reset it. I want to deal with the Google lock but I can't do so until I figure out what is wrong with it. I just got the display replaced today as well. I'm about to throw the thing at the wall if I try to mess with it any more so I thought I'd ask here. Thanks!
