Are there any cheap prepaid phones in Canada?

So, I’ve been looking into it and I’ve found out that I can get a tracfone for around $15 in the US, but I live in Canada and all I can find for a cheap prepaid feature phone is between $60 and $100. Is it worth it to buy a stockpile of phones when I go visit the US, or are there any other options in Canada? I suppose I can order from eBay but I don’t like the idea of shipping since I usually pay in cash. The phones would be used as a spare backup for me and for my roommate. I’d prefer to buy 3 or 4 of them.
