When will the 1 TB storage option for the s22 ultra be available again?

So it says there's an option for 1 TB storage for the s22 ultra, but when I go on the Samsung shop app, I don't see an option for the 1 TB storage. So it's obviously out of stock. I was wondering if anyone had any idea when the 1 TB storage option will be available again. Also, I've heard the s22 ultra can overheat sometimes when playing big mobile games or something like that, or is that just with the Exynos 2200 chipset? I'm in the U.S. so I'd get the Snapdragon 8 gen 1 chipset. Any advice or evidence of any kind would be greatly appreciated.
