I spilled a bunch of water all over my phone yesterday and now it won't charge or turn on.
Post Body

I have an LG Premier Pro Plus (I think? It's definitely an LG, if it's not the premier pro plus it's something adjacent). Immediately after the incident yesterday, the speakers on my phone sounded really muffled and grainy, but they sounded fine today, so I assumed it was fine. However, after I got off work a few hours ago and I was messing around on my phone, the screen went black, the selfie light is glowing red, and it's randomly vibrating. I've been charging it since it happened. If I stop charging it and press the power button it says the phone is at 0%. If I leave it on the charger and try powering it on the LG start up screen appears and then the screen turns black again.

It's not a huge deal if the phone can't be saved. There are some things I would like off of it, such as texts and some downloads, but it's not a huge deal. I was able to remove the SD card.

Edit: I should add that the main problem is I'm not sure how I'm going to transfer my service to a new phone, since I don't have access to my phone. My carrier is Tracfone.
