iPhone 13 Rear Camera Bezel replacement

Hi everyone! Im fixing my friends rear camera lenses, as he cracked them, and he would also like the bezels replaced. I'm not new to repairs, but this one is new to me. I removed the glass from one of the lenses, but using a blade to remove the glass. Don't worry I removed the rear camera prior to avoid damage, but the bezels do not seem to come off. Does anyone have experience with this? | purchased the lenses and bezel combo from iFixlt, but they didn't have a guide either
