Post Body

I have too much free time lately and feel that I can/should be spending that time to help those who might benefit from it. I already provide a lot of donations every year in the form of clothing, food, money, and toiletries, but would like to also give my time to help others in need. I have a very flexible schedule, so ideally something that has lots of open availability for me to volunteer any time. Preferably something in the Phoenix, North Phoenix, Peoria, or Glendale areas, but also want to go where people are needed the most.

Whether it be something simple like delivering water to those on the street or passing out food, toiletries, etc. Helping in a food kitchen or shelter, or even office/admin type work. I'm pretty capable in my personal and professional life so I feel like I might have lots of potential use cases. Can anyone recommend some good organizations in need that I can reach out to? Is there a good website for things like this or a register where I can list my contact info/availability?

EDIT: I am blown away by all the awesome suggestions! I'm creating a list as we speak so that I can find a way to check out as many of these as possible. Thank you all!! Keep em coming!
