I ordered all this, there’s a pigs foot in it, I was also expecting blood clot but kinda happy it didn’t, I just wanted to ask you guys what it taste like? I’ve eaten whole pigs with my Cuban friends before but I still have never had the foot, can someone explain the texture and flavor before I try this? I’m just staring into oblivion at it if I should throw it in this beautiful Pho… Also what’s blood clot like?
