Hi phmigrate fam, just wanna ask your thoughts on USA vs Singapore when it comes to migrating?

Context: I already have an ongoing EB-3 application, but super layo pa. I mean bearable naman ang waiting time but now that i’m working for a company with Singaporean clients, I think mas fit dun ang culture and way of working ko?

Additional points to consider:

I work in e-commerce and I think there’s more potential to grow in SG. Mas gamay ko na din yung platforms and ecommerce culture of SEA region. Seems like ok din naman lifestyle in SG? Idk.. but not sure with 1) pay, 2) bigger picture in terms of having family & future

I did a j-1 internship before in USA, it was fine naman, my problem was mostly culture shock with how people communicate and masyadong diverse to the point that you have to adapt aggressively some unsafe areas. For eb-3, i’ll be working in marketing pa din naman but not ecommerce na. BUT pay is reeaaally reaalllyy good. Also think that US citizenship is great to have in the future.

I know it’s my decision to make but I need some thoughts on this one sana 🫠 thanks guys!
