IT (Java) looking into working in AU. Tips?

Hi - I am currently a 31yo Java developer with around 11y of experience. I've been trying to look for opportunities in LinkedIn for a direct hire role in AU. Would like to check if you guys have any tips on job hunting.

Questions: 1. Like, is it better ba to secure a VISA first here while hunting for a job or should I look for VISA sponsorships? Kung magasikaso po ako ng VISA muna rito (point-based), mas madali ba pag ako magasikaso or thru agency? I heard minsan mas stressful if via agency. 2. Where do you try to job hunt? 3. May iba pa kayang countries na magandang lipatan?
