I only found about love languages when my ex broke up with me. Sabi niya Act of Service daw ako.

Upon learning more about it, it can be divided into two parts:

Giving and Receiving

Giving - meaning this is how you give love

Receiving - meaning this is how you want to receive love

Now I understand my giving love language is Act of Service but I don't know what my receiving is. Siguro kasi being someone who always gives and not asking anything in return parang I forgot to think about what I want for myself. Kaya in the end, I have an uncomfortable feeling when someone gives something to me. For others, they would be happy about it pero for me, parang nahihirapan ako iaccept without feeling of uneasiness.

How did you found out about your love language?

Sa mga tao na katulad ko who's having a hard time receiving or accepting love from someone, how did you become okay with it and ano yung way niyo to find your receiving love language?
