Hi!

I'm looking for someone willing to let me borrow their personal copy of Anna Karenina (Pevear & Volokhonsky translation) or Crime and Punishment (P&V or McDuff translation) if you have either, until I finish reading it. I know bookworms are really sensitive about lending their own copy and not everyone would be willing to risk it, much less to a stranger. But to guarantee that I'd take care of the book and return it, it would also be alright with me to lend you a book that I have in my shelf if you want, and we can return them to each other once we finished reading. But just a heads up, I don't have a huge collection.

I'd start my first job by January next year and would really like to catch up on reading before employment kills the reader in me. Considering that I'm not a fast reader, I may not finish the entire book in just a month or so. I just thought it's a good idea to make myself feel motivated to read more knowing that a stranger entrusted me with their book.

About me:

- on the slim side, 5'3" sometimes 5'4" on a good day

- turning 23 next year

- not from manila, travel time takes about 1 hour and a half

- loves to read and watch films

- mostly into classic and literary fiction

- currently reading The Well of Loneliness by Radclyffe Hall
