Hey everyone! I just started working out about two months ago and made progress naman but been struggling lately specifically on staying focused and disciplined. Idk parang lately Ive been feeling lazy and itโs getting hard to follow my scheduled workouts. I heard having an accountability buddy would help so here I am hoping to find one. new to this din so hopefully someone who knows how this accountability thinggy works hehe
