I just started my gym membership sa purple (you know) gym, my branch is in Ortigas area of Pasig. Ang alam ko, may free PT session naman for assessment pero hirap mag sched ng PT nila so until now, di pa ako nakakapagstart ng actual workout LOL.

Maybe meron sa inyo willing to help? HAHA. Especially, available ng madaling araw kasi 12 am natatapos work ko and just around Pasig or Taguig area lang. I currently have average bod na medyo with love handles that I want to get rid LOL. Before this, my only workout is running. My goal is at least, makapag-establish ng sustainable na weekly gym routine. Anyone? haha
