I was recently was diagnosed with a mental illness. Everyday I just think about it. It’s hard for me to swallow. I think of things I shouldn’t be thinking about everyday, every time I’m awake. I go to work, eat, sleep, watch movies, and go to the gym like a normal person but those things just don’t cut it. I take anti depressants daily and therapy on a bi-monthly basis. But I know that my illness doesn’t define me.. I am a lot of good things as well.. or so I want believe haha
I would appreciate any help. I would need someone to help me keep my mind occupied. If you’re feeling lonely and need someone who replies quick, would listen to you, try the things you like, and be there when you need someone then I would be more than willing to provide these.
