For all the gurlies who are curious, it is for gen Z May mga older gen naman(29-45) BUT I do have to say...it's better to meet people there to date.

I'm not part of their discord(kasi meron) but dito ko nalang ishashare yung experience ko with dating someone I met from that event.

I met a friend here and we went to pobla to have dinner(at a vegan place...we're very gay obvi). Anyway, I suggested to go there(one of the Sunny's event) and out of curiosity, I wanna see if my hypothesis of why gay girl bars dont thrive lately(gurls we finish partying around 2am tops ..gay men outdrink us by HOURS). I went there being a wallflower(that's what my vibe was). And then I met this gurl... lets just say she looks like the life of the party and very much friendly. We just ended up having a sleepover at my place with friends(kiddos...around 20-21s). In all honesty, wasn't supposed to turn into something BUT it did...we're dating now.

Hahaha it's a long story is I told you guys how we met and what are first impressions were of each other(her to me: wallflower that doesnt want to be seen. me to her: cool hair, anime gurlie vibes... golden retriever person thats way out of my league). It looked like it was straight out of a movie. The first date was a blur(because for the life of me I was too hammered and it was girl nation. first and last time it will happen). But in all honesty, by far the best person I have dated this year and probably most of my late 20s. I stopped online dating and most girls would tell me im a red flag(I have no socials and very much a workaholic because of my work). Think I found a good nugget or I just got lucky.

So in conclusion, try it. Go to one of their events. I was suppose to give up on dating until the friend i was with dared me to ask her number, IG and to take a photo with her that night. Try the old school way of meeting people... i have been off of dating apps for like 4-5yrs and it's kinda fun when it's just a friend recommending or setting up dates for you OR like what happened...in a bar at a gay event.

And yes, i know she feels the same way towards me. we both were in a abusive relationships before and we're taking it really slow. But the perks of it is we try to do better this time around. More communicative and understanding of each other's idea of things. Hope this inspires you to go out and well, not be swiping on apps. The world is a beautiful place. Curated perception isnt a best thing in some cases...Unfiltered ones are better.
