Hey taft guys! I'm new to hitting the gym. Actually few weeks na pero I'm inconsistent, maybe because I do it on my own or im just not knowledgeable on how to start (what accurate program do I implement, how do i design my meal plan, etc.)
I want to have a circle here around taft (pwede naman makati) na mga nggygym, open kahit batak ka na sa gym or newbie, let's learn from each other or learn together. Im badly wanting to be on shape and by physically active again.

You: could be anyone, from expert gym-goer to newbie as well, has the goal to expand his circle as well for fitness
