What is your overall attitude towards People Living With (PLHIV's)?
Post Body

I'm not sure if there's an existing thread in here already, but I'm curious to know...

  1. How do you feel about mingling with PLHIV's?
  2. Are you willing to date/have sex with someone who is a PLHIV (given that they are undetectable and no other sexual health concerns/issues)?
  3. What are you thoughts about people being open about their "negative" status on dating sites/apps (e.g., Grindr)? Like to the point where they post pictures of their latest test results

My partner and I have been together for quite some time.. And we have been in a serodiscordant relationship (mixed status). I guess I'm one of the lucky folks who got that acceptance from someone despite my status. But I feel that there's still some stigma going on around this right now. As with question #3, for me I think while it's good to know that people are taking care of their sexual health carefully... As a PLHIV, I sometimes feel that they hold their "negative" status as a "badge of honour" and telling people that they are safe and "marketable" in that aspect.. Like, it crosses from being just plainly open about their status (which I'm totally fine with) to outright just bragging it (to the point that I feel they're indirectly discriminating against PLHIV's).
