Are you out in work?

I have been thinking whether if I should be out at work. I can see that there are queer people in work, but at the higher positions. I think the company is pretty old fashioned. The people are male dominated so most of the casual talk are dirty stuff or insulated. Location is remote too, so probably too old fashioned? And being Bi or gay seems to be a laughing matter. I think it might hinder my progress in the company if I outed myself.
