hi! hehe i'm a 5'5, 50kg 20 year old kid and i'd like to be 60kg with a body goal of a dad bod - lean type by the end of September. I only have two 4lb dumbbells here at home. I started on Monday lang rin and sa YT lang ako naka-depende bale ang rotation ko ay Squats w 4lb Biceps Lower.
My metabolism is moderate lang naman!
Bale my goals are:
55kg to 60kg Dad bod - Lean type More on Strength Soft Abs
I've been consuming lots and lots of proteins and meat. Yung kanin ko either half or one cup lang rin! I also drink Soya almost every day:) Can I eat fries daily too?
Starting palang rin po ako:) Bale 45 Minutes nung Monday then 1 hour today. Should I bump it up hanggang masanay ako na maka-reach ng 2 hours?
PS: I'm working out because I want to look good and happy for myself. But I'm also doing this because I know my "someone" wants a dad bod type and as a twink, I'd want my partner to be attracted to me naman hehehehehe
