I’d like to start off by saying I’m a 37-year old discreet gay man with reasonable good looks and a stable job. I have absolutely no age shame. In fact, I have no shame in general. However, ang hirap pala makipag date when you’re this age. Most of the ones who want to go out are young adults. I feel awkward around them because I feel like I’m already their tito.

I hit the clubs not too long ago with friends and most of the ones who hit on me were 19 to 24-year olds. It felt so gross. I felt like a DOM. Haha! I kept turning them down and umuwi ako ng luhaan.

Most people my age are either in long-term relationships or damaged from it. What to do?
