I am 18(M), currently in college. I am very new to dating lol believe it or not. I have very few romantic experiences. I'm just wondering why I can't seem to find love lol.

I am using a dating app (grindr lol), and I am quickly getting tired of all the nuances that is coming, when I am just looking for a simple date. I'm just not really the type of person who is comfortable with meeting or even hooking up with just anyone without properly knowing the person.

Maybe I am just using the wrong app, but all in all, I realized I don't wanna use a dating app at all and wanna meet someone irl naturally and maybe fall in love with them, but how?!

I don't know how people do it, but they get to meet and date with all kinds of people, no dating app involved. Not bragging but, I do have the looks, everyone says so, I always am showered with compliments, but now I don't even know whether to believe those compliments, because no one ever tries to approach me to try to get to know me.

Is there something wrong with me? I really wanna stop with the dating apps now, but I also want to meet and fall in love. Is there a way to maybe achieve both? Because I am losing hope.
