Hello there - I was unable to go to my home country (Taiwan). I usually travel home in December, but due to work commitments, I couldn't make the trip this year. I have work between Christmas and New Year. Although I have cousins here, I can't join them during Christmas because my cousin is getting married next year, and he and his sister need to visit his fiancée's extended relatives, which involves planning, etc. I want to make their planning and trip comfortable and easy.

Returning to the original topic, how do people typically handle being alone during Christmas in the Philippines? By the way, I am based in Pampanga, so there's not much to see here. While I have friends, I'll likely keep my solo Christmas plans to myself to avoid any sympathy, and I want to respect others' family time without imposing.
