Prep with other meds?

Iām currently taking Isotretinoin for my acne. This is prescribed by my dermatologist. 2 months na rin akong nagtatake nito and wala namang unwanted side effects. I underwent a liver test (SGPT) before having this medication.
I plan to take Prep soon to be more protected and alam kong may liver test din for that. Question ko is pwede bang pagsabayin ang Isotretinoin and Prep? Hindi ba overkill sa organs especially liver?
Hoping someone with a similar experience can answer or a medical professional din.
