I just got the news that Stubhub is canceling Tahoe tickets outright even though the show was moved to Shoreline. I'm still expecting my tickets in the mail and am unsure what to do. Has anyone dealt with Stubhub in the past with a similar circumstance. Any guidance or expectations would be appreciated!
(Sidenote: I've been on hold for an hour with their customer service)
Update: stubhub customer service is similar to one of Dante’s inner circles of hell. I went ahead and bought new tickets to Tuesday/Wednesday on Livenation.
