Hi! I'm 27M working engineer and super pangarap ko talaga magkaron ng sariling 2BR (or even 3BR!) condo unit. Pero nagtitingin ako ng mga presyo pati monthly, grabe nakakalula. How to afford it?

Goods na ako with EF and yung monthly investments sa paper assets.

Only way po ba is to be an OFW? Kasi dun ko lang nakikita yung malalaking sweldo 200k-300k per month... Naga-apply na ako for a month isa pa lang yung interview.

Was thinking to start a business pero wala naman ako connections or any competitive advantage that I can think of. Full time employed din so no experience how I can manage it, pero willing to learn!!

How were you able to buy your first 2BR condo? :)
