Sometimes I see a balance of 15k on my credit card, then I pay 10k, then I see it go to 5k balance. The next damn thing I open it a few weeks later my balance is 15k, and when I look at the history of transactions, at most I just spent 5k from my last payment of 10k. Can’t bdo make the app clearer. Nakasulat pa un 10k payment ko and all the purchases after that was around 5k. San nanggaling un mga ghost amount na balance. Na explain na ng bdo customer service to pero nakakalito pa din, nakakainis kasi bigla bigla lumolobo un balance. Ginagago ba ko ng bdo na to.
