Not sure if it's the right sub but hope I still get answers!

Short background: We have 2 house helpers who have been with us for more than 7 years now and it's always been my goal to get them SSS/Philhealth and pay for their contributions BUT they left almost all their IDs in the province/island and when I ask them to get at least a barangay ID, they're too shy to even go to the barangay hall. Is there any way I can do this myself or help them? Or an easier ID? We made them office IDs from our business but it's not government issued.

Also, can anyone shed light on how you registered your helpers in SSS/Philhealth? What categories will they fall in? Voluntary contribution is what I'm trying to get for them so I can just (hopefully) pay online.
