so met an Ayala agent and she's offering a pre-selling thing for just 500k, the project name is bella vista, and it's located in areas like Laguna, Cavite gen. trias, batangas, and some other parts I didn't ask na. Personally I think she will just offer anything to make a buck, but I just want to ask the wise souls in this sub if the investment is worth it. I mean 500k is pretty cheap to actually own a property and house. The problem is will I be able to rent it out, and maybe sell it for a profit in the future? Thanks in advance.
