Hi, anybody have experience with the properties that are for sale from pag-ibig? I just learned about them from a post here and their prices seem to be ridiculously low.. I was just wondering if there's a catch to this? I am aware that this is sort of like a bidding price that they set on their website, does that mean the chances of getting that property with the set price they have on their website to be pretty slim considering that people will bid a very high price? Anybody have experience acquiring properties from them? Looking to invest in properties and grow my money, if this is a good vehicle I might give it a try. Sort of like buying a lot then constructing a house then selling it at a markup (is this feasible?). Thanks in advance.
