AREIT Dividend Question

I have a dumb question, since this it the first time I invested in dividend stocks. AREIT just declared cash dividend of 0.59 per share. Does this mean if I have 100 shares, I get 59 pesos as dividend? The only reason I am hesitating is it seems to be too big compared to the estimated 4% dividend.
