How sustainable are ING and CIMB in the long run?

I was wondering this with the recent 4% interest extension at CIMB. Will the pioneer digital banks keep their high interest rates and other perks (free debit card, free withdrawals, etc) if new competitors enter? Will they reduce their perks if they reach their desired market share? Discuss!
