Pizza and Beer

The more time I spend here in the Philippines, the more I realize there is no good pizza around. I’m from Chicago and have the hardest time finding decent pizza or even good draft beer for that matter. Looking to open up a pizza restaurant/ pub catered to American taste but will definitely be enjoyed by the local Filipino. Still working on my business plan, but just reaching out here to see what your thoughts may be. I want to use really good ingredients but still offer an affordable price for families. Not looking to make millions and profit. Just want to be able to make an honest living and provide great food and atmosphere. Any help/ideas are much appreciated!!!
