Hi po! New to this subreddit and new to investing din. I bought a tiny house and lot sa smdc pampanga (if may mga homeowners na po sa pampanga here hello po would love to be friends). Expected turnover po is next month.
What are your thoughts po? Ok po ba syang ipa airbnb since medyo malapit sa airport. Or mas okay sya na for long term rentals?
Any tips, suggestions, and ideas po for someone na first time home owner?
