hoping to ask if its feasible to buy a condo for investment with around 1k usd monthly income..? was thinking bank loan and then pay 20k per month pesos but its pretty thin for living expenses as independent living. or airbnb the unit out as im paying so it’s self-paying? or if its too much of a risk at the moment or i shud just wait and invest in the future. i was thinking property prices keep going up and i shud invest early
