Hi! I haven't been to the area but just curious why the bridgetown project is already reaching BGC pricing. It's near eastwood and eastwood is dying, doesn't that say something about the general area being so-so?
Is there anything even there yet or is it just a masterplan and theres still no active offices/residences yet?
Any insights would be appreciated, I understand a lot of developers are going to go in on it but considering the track record of the location and (as far I know) theres nothing major there yet, what justifies the pricing?
Again I have actual no info so please be lenient if Im missing the big picture.
