Hi... Are REITs really as good as rental properties if you'd like to build generational wealth... Knowing myself, I'd like everything to be passiveso I don't want to collect rent and deal with tenants. Given this, REITs na talaga...
But above all, i'd love to leave gnerational wealth to my kids (in the future). I think tangible properties are much safer than REITs kasi it's (rental properties) are harder to liquidate. also, the stability. like 10 years from now, most likely andyan pa rin yungproperty na higher value na, but i dont know with reits yet. So, are rental properties really worth the headache?
I mean, I may not be a "people person" and i may not be good in dealing with people... but my future sons/daughters might be the opposite...
