Please forgive my ignorance. First time namin ng family ko to invest in a business. Nag pa-register kami ng corporation ng family ko sa SEC ("LAST Name Corp."), bumili kami ng real property to develop it to a small resort. The title of the land will be registered under our individual names NOT under the family corp. And of course we have a plan for the name of the resort ("Private Resort Cabins"). Mag aapply kasi kami ng business permit and mayor's permit. Possible ba ito and paano po ang registration neto? Irregister kasi namin yung business permit under the family corporation. Possible ba ito? "Private Resorts Cabin" ang name ng resort and "Last Name Corp." ang name corporation namin? Saan namin irregister yung name ng "Private Resort Cabins"?

** Obviously hindi yan yung name ng corp and resort. Inexplain ko lang yung scenario hehe
