Hi! Looking for condos around makati, Salcedo was very pretty but didnt see any names or developers that I was familiar with, and there were plenty, not sure how to even start looking.

On the other hand Ive been eyeing The Rise by shang which is around 5M and its not as great of an area, but would have 2 mini malls already within which is a big plus to the area.

I just assumed anything within salcedo for a similar quality would be astronomically more expensive, but ive never stayed in makati so any ideas on this would be perfect.

Should I consider anything other than the rise for the price? Open to suggestions anywhere within makati
