Hi! Any residents here? Eyeing a studio unit (although facing sunset). Its in Makati beside Yakal street, close to buendia and the CBD.

Are there any residents here or any non residents with input about it? Any thoughts rumors or anything at all with the area?

For reference: this is a general for living condo, I dont have a criteria for loc, anywhere around metro manila is an option as long as itd make a good home base for life.

After going through the different cities I found makati to be the most well balanced, and anything within the CBD would be too expensive. I thought about acqua private residences, and some DMCI ones, but they seem too out of the way with pretty bad neighborhoods (or empty). There wouldnt be a car involved here so that made it harder for those options but if theres any DMCI you guys feel I should look at let me know.
