During prepandemic 2019, I (32M) bought this condo at a preselling price. Must be the FOMO since most of people my age already own a house or condo. This is from a not so known developer but their units are outstanding because of high ceiling and smart home capabilities. Fast forward to today, I am almost done paying my downpayment. I understand that bank financing comes after this.
Right now, I am renting and enjoying the mobility. And when the condo will be turnover to me, I plan to have it rented na lang.
With this, may I ask for your advice? 1. Should I still continue to pay, get the condo, and have it rented? 2. Or, should I sell it after the downpayment and cut loss? I think they call it pasalo. 3. If I should sell, where can I sell it? Should I get a broker?
Thanks, and I will appreciate your advice.
