Sorry for being so specific, was hoping there are residents of acqua here who can provide their thoughts.

The place looks extremely good, better view and build and community than anything else I can seem to find around that price range in metro m (3.5m average secondary market).

However this would be parent funded and I myself and naturally very tipid

Some concerns would be

--where to get cheap food, any 711/grocery/ karinderias/jollijeeps etc around the place?

--this is a gated community right? Meaning after I go down my specific building, there is a lot of walking before I can get to the street?

--if above is yes, are the towers in order on how close they are to the entrance/exit? (Niagra inspired one being first)

--hows commuting? Angkas and trains are my usual transportation.

--any other thoughts?
