Hi! Planning to get a condo in metro manila (anywhere good thats not on the fringes of the metropolitan), this is more for future use and maybe rent it out if not in use sort of thing. Can anyone suggest any specific condos to look at? Best value for money.

Also been hoping to get at pre-selling for cheaper values but I think the timings would be hard, and a lot of the ones on pre-selling now would be sold out by the time I commit to this in a few months time, do you guys have any tips or suggestions on how to look for a unit if their official website has it listed as all gone or it's not at pre selling anymore but you want to get it at a better price? (eg. heard about pasalo).

Any suggestions and specific condos you guys are looking at that I could also look into would be great! Budget would hover 3-5M, the lower the better cause I'm not 100% 5M would work out haha. Thank you!!!
