Hi Everyone, I am 22 years old and currently finishing up my degree in Computer Engineering. I am also working as a freelancer in different fields (Web dev, Video Editing, Graphics Design, Marketing) and currently making around 60k a month, soon going up to 6 digits. My GF(23) on the other side earns 30k a month and also has a degree in Financial Management. I have been reading the phinvest FAQ's as well as doing a research on where to invest. We are not sure yet where to place our extra cash. We are currently building up our savings and are thinking for long term. I want to hear from the people here, what is the smart choice to make? Where should we invest? Should we pursue a small business maybe something like bigasan, printing, computer parts, etc. I am not sure sa papers, is it that hard to acquire po? We have also looked into condo's here in our area which we can turn into AirBnB's. Are they sustainable? Sorry if this post is kinda all over the place. Any piece of advice are welcome. Thank you!
