Hi everyone! I've been very consistent with my cost averaging (Dollars and Peso) and majority of my portfolio are REITS and with dividends, now one of my goals is to go to Spain and live there for a while (just until I get citizenship). I'll be getting a self-employed visa, being me I always make sure I'm prepared and my incomes are in order, at least in a way it will make it easier for me even just a little, and I don't want to be like the people I know who left the country without being prepared.
So my question is what's the formula for dividends? So I can estimate how much I'll be getting and how much I need to invest.
Background: I earn pretty decent and currently working on my business. I invest in myself consistenly to grow more. My EF is done and I'm not in debt or anything (Just in case someone ask lol)
