Lazy at bats is right. Only good that came out of this was Zach didn’t get the L.
It’s the offense. When they take what the pitcher gives them, they do amazing. When they go with the pitch, amazing. Trying to score runs via HR only= strikeout over and over.
7 losses last 10 games. Hopefully they flick the switch for the playoffs.
32-33 since the break. I’m sorry they peaked early and all look tired as hell. It’s ok to love the team and be honest what they currently look like. They simply look tired. Hopefully the bye helps them, for this season, it definitely can’t hurt them.
I’m telling you they don’t have the swagger they had before London. Injuries didn’t help but they look tired. Again, would love for them light a spark. I’m not sure Harper’s power will come back until after offseason. He’s not 100% nor is Ranger. They have the pieces but if they turn homer reliant again, it’s done.
No. Not tonight. Many of the games after London. They have not been the same since the curse of London. Hopefully they prove me wrong.
Nor should they be determined by ELITE first halfs.
Not saying that they need to be scorching hot. They’ve been average since London.
Be careful. Someone will call you a doomer.
They limped into winning the division. The last 2 weeks have been mediocre.
