Removing self adhesive stamps

So recently i read that self adhesive stamps cannot be removed from the envelope by soaking in water, now before knowing this i actually tried removing the green (this) succulent stamp and it came out perfectly with soaking. Just wanted to to know whether i can do the same process for some other ones which are self adhesive.

I know there are some other ways but i particularly wanted to know whether i can do the soaking process for these (https://i.imgur.com/s58je9s.jpg) because the green succulent one is also self adhesive but was removed perfectly with soaking process.
