Iām looking in my 2023 Scott guide and I am not sure if this is a 168C or a 180 William Tell stamp. I am looking on page 1232 in my book.
The stamp came in a group of stamps that I purchased off of Facebook, and it was enclosed separately in a plastic sleeve from the rest of the stamps. Iām not sure if I am supposed to take it out of this sleeve or not.
Can someone help me identify this stamp better or tell me where to look when I used a Google image search it came up as a 1914 stamp on hip stamps.
