My wife and I are currently enjoying the exploration of non-monogamy. We are very new to it, as of a few weeks, although it’s been a discussion for ~6 months now.
Right now she is teasing an old college hook-up online, building up to a steamy cam-session (something she’s fantasized about trying now she is more settled and comfortable in herself), and maybe meeting up in person if all goes well and she’s enjoying herself.
I myself went to college in the UK, so I don’t have any local dating history to develop something similarly exciting, so I find myself on Reddit of late, looking for that special someone to invite in to our cherished relationship.
We’re both dominant personalities. In the bedroom that practically cancels out, and we mostly end up sticking to our mutual favorites when it comes to our sexual encounters. It’s not boring per sé, but after 5 years of marriage it does leave plenty of space for more creativity. What we’ve talked about is finding ourselves a sub GF, primarily for me, but she has also expressed interest in exploring her sexuality with other women. This person would become a discreet part of our relationship. We likely won’t advertise to family, but we both have close friends who we feel comfortable confiding in.
