I'm in a really bad place in my life right now, and I haven't been to the gym in about four months. I'm having a hard time finding the motivation to go back.
Hopefully I can find someone who can hold me accountable, go to the gym with me, spot me, etc. (and I'll gladly return the favor for all of the above).
